Startrac 2000/3000 Error Codes

DISPLAY READS POSSIBLE CAUSES ARE;
CPU ERROR 0, 1 and 2 • Power Switch off/on cycled too fast.
• Intermittent display cable connection.
• Pinched or damaged display cable.
• Faulty ground connection.
• Low voltage at the M.C.B. or at the CPU.
FS ERROR 0 • Faulty or damaged display cable.
• Faulty ground connection to display board.
• Faulty display electronics.
FS ERROR 1 • Wrong key used when trying to enter Test Mode.
• Faceplate keys damaged or shorted.
• Low output voltage at the M.C.B.
FS ERROR 2 • Remote stop switch disconnected.
• Remote stop switch shorted, stuck or sticking.
• Faulty display board.
SPD ERROR 0, 1, and 2 • Disconnected or faulty RPM sensor.
• Misaligned or rubbing RPM disc.
• Flywheel abrading the RPM sensor cable.
• Dirty RPM sensor and disc.
• RPM out of calibration.
• Faulty display cable, display board, or M.C.B.
• Worn motor brushes.
• Faulty drive motor.
• Flywheel rubbing on the shroud.
EL ERROR 0 • 0% switch failed, disconnected or stalled.
• 0% switch sticking or contaminated.
EL ERROR 1 and 3 • Faulty M.C.B.
• Open circuit in the elevation system.
• Blown elevation fuses.
• Faulty elevation motor.
• Worn elevation motor brushes.
• Misaligned or faulty elevation sensor.
• Faulty limit switches.
• Mechanical binding.
EL ERROR 2 • Excessive coasting after running elevation.
• Faulty M.C.B.
